Caville Blanc - A French apple. Wonderful for pies and hard cider. Tart, very white flesh that resists browning when cut.

Golden Russet - Intense acidic, sweet flavor. The russet skin imparts a somewhat nutty flavor. Very good for both fresh eating and cider. An excellent keeping apple.

Holstein Pippin - German origin suspected to be a seedling of Cox Orange Pippin. Firm, juicy and tart with a citrus aroma.

Elstar - A Dutch apple that is crisp, juicy and sweet/tart.
